Subject: Try a real job!!

Over the past week I have struggled with what I will do, as a fan, if players were to strike. To my dismay I have concluded that I will not support MLB in anyway should there be a strike. Even though I am only a youngster at the age of 20, I have come to realize that baseball truly is just a game. This is a game that players are getting paid to play and they have forgotten this. I know that just like me there are fans that actually have to go to a "real" job everyday. This job is something that many of us either like or dislike. Still, we all go to this job and try to do the best we can because of the simple fact that we are getting paid to do it. MLB players are getting paid for their "job", and they have come up short on their end of there bargain. So I am looking at this from an employee's point of view and I say that if an employee is not doing his job, then he should be let go. As "employers" to MLB players I say we do just that. We should let them go, fire their asses, or in short terminate them. The fans are the ones who will not be getting there moneys worth and that should not be tolerated any longer. For someone who makes 2 million dollars to complain about a luxary tax that may bring them down to 1.5 million, should try living off of 25k per year. These players do not realize the privelege that we the fans give them to play a game for their living. We should let these ungrateful, greedy, self-centerd "role models" fend for themselves at last. I know that I will do my part to never support baseball again if they should strike and I urge all of you fans/"employers" out there to do the same.
