It's good your boss willing to help you to publish, cost a few K to do that.
I hope copy right is yours, not Air Asia, but you can a a royalty of 10 -20%. It's not much, unless you are able to sell in huge amount.

I am also in the process of publishing my own book - my poetry book. Do you think I can sell more than 5 copies in Klang, 30 copies in KL? As a commercial venture, it's not worth a trial. As Grasshopper and you have said, it's for different reasons.

My manuscipts are all ready for publication. I am waiting for a renown poet in Singapore to review it, and I don't think I can afford to pay him at all! Trying my luck thru some connections.

Here is one that may interest you. Once the book is published it is copyright.
