Well, in that case you can compare a well used old car to a well used old body.
The older it gets, the more wear & tear both items will suffer until it moves NO more.
As a medic, you will be in the forefront to predict the final outcome & destination.

BTW, I still think you are a romantic nut - writing poems about a deceased car. Hmmm!!! I do worry
