Thank you Ray & NBH.
with a busy practice, you earn a lot, but become your own slave. I have lots of doctor friends, who are very rich, but they hardly know what is fine dine and wine. They keep on buying properties or travel overseas, with same group of doctors.
For today onwards, I shall close the night clinic. Have been working 3 out of 4 weeks in a month, from Dec 2013, until Feb 2014. I shall be taking the last 3 subjects in my Masters. It is dragging too long, and my classmates are not too young, though I am the oldest!
A young doctor change his mind and decide to take over, but he wants it fast - March. I told him, the accounting, banks etc takes months to change over., June will be good.
Two of my nurses will find employment (they work for me for 33 years), and my nephew will continue to get rental.
I have sold my bungalow, and waiting to my condo to be ready - project delay for a year. Now I have to rent my own house for a year.
If the doctor changes his mind, I will contact you, NBH.
