I posted on this site more than 10 days ago and it has not appeared. Although I am nearly destitute and cannot afford membership in VSPA or VDHA, I was a K-9 handler at U-Tapao and Korat from 71 - 73. I am the author of Chronology of Herbicides in Thailand. I am also in possession of the declassified document given to John Homa and Bill Cummings recently that confirms AO in Thailand. I would appreciate you posting this so that the many vets who suffer from diseases in the AO Act can know that such a document exists. If you choose not to do so, then I will not visit this site again.

To prevent advertising and prevent the posting of non VSPA ramblings, I now must okay all postings before they can be viewed. I neither check the two bulletin boards nor look at the almost 300 pages of the K-9 part of the VSPA Website on a daily basis. When we travel we go from wifi to wifi spot when possible. If a wireless connection is not available, then my email doesn't get checked either. Sorry for the delay!
