JUST 4 MONTHS AGO LOOKING AROUND ON LINE I FOUND A WEB SITE WITH K-9 DOG HANDLERS FROM THAILAND. IT WAS LIKE BEING HOME AGAIN IN NKP. THROUGH HEARING PEOPLE TALK ABOUT TRYING TO GET BENIFITS FROM THE VA.I STARTED THINKING ABOUT MYSELF AND MY PROBLEMS THROUGH THE YEARS. I HAVE HAD A OUAD BYPASS 11 YRS AGO AND JUST HAD 2 STINTS PUT IN AFTER FINDING OUT ABOUT ESTIMIC HEART DESEASE GETTING ON THE LIST I CONFIRMED WITH MY DOCTOR THAT THIS IS MY CONDITION.
I FILED WITH THE VA AT THE END OF AUG 2012 ON JAN14TH 2013 I RECIEVED MY FIRST CHECKS FROM THE VA WHICH NOT ONLY WILL PAY MONTHLY BUT RETROACTIVLY WENT BACK 15 MONTHS. I AM 60 % DISABLED.
I HAVE SOME OTHER MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND HOPE TO SEE THE VA DR SOON. I HAVE NEUROPATHY , AND ARTHRITIS AND AM BORDER LINE DIABETIC. I AM ACTUALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS APPOINTMENT. I MAY BE DYING SLOWLY BUT ANYTHING I CAN GET TO HDELP MY FAMILY WILL HELP ME. ANYTHING ELSE OUT THERE I NEED TO BE LOOKING FOR MEDICALLY
