I agree with this, but at the same time, this is not an xp chain. At least not intended to be one. However everyone needs to realize that the higher leader and loyalty are, the more xp you will recieve and the more xp you will pass to patron, which is what we are after. It makes NO sense for someone to make massive xp to push thru chain when someone has very low leader/loyalty skills. Another thing is that pushers must have high loyalty to pass xp to chain. Also EVERY MULE IN CHAIN MUST ALWAYS HAVE CLAN BUFFS. There is almost always a buff bot at mansion and if not, someone is usually around to buff them. Hell, I recall to mansion just to buff people when I'm hunting...LOL. If Fire doesn't oppose to your suggestion, I think it would be good to make it a guideline.
