Refs have only got one set of eyes, and will not see everything. I am continually baffled by touch judges that see perfectly well incidents that are close to them and report nothing, high shots etc. Perhaps these guys are too young and feel the pressure of making such decisions. Most games that get out of hand with crap are because touchies get selective, miss all the shit, the game gets heated, the crowd get vocal, all of a sudden the touchie comes in after a fart. Get it together you flag wavers, the refs need all the help they can get.
