Sara found herself watched by the other represetives as she stood up and confronted Emily.

"Repesentive Witwicky, I must say that was a rather artifical speech. Tell me did your Autobot assistant help you write it out? Or was that overt sympathic drival all your own doing?"

She looked down at the podium that was raised in the middle where Emily stood and saw the girl turn beat red, but she did not loose that determined glint in her eye. Sara took a quick glance at the box that held Emily's assistance, Quick Start and Switch. She was glad to see that the younger Autobot, Swtich, was bristled, while the older, Quick Start, was eyeing her with his optics narrow. Switch was a small two seater roadster that was dark green and brown, while Quick Start was a red convertable and the older of the two, and the one with a quicker temper.

"If you have a legitimate concern Representive Lang, either ask me it or sit down." Emily replied, and Sara smiled.

"Very well then Ms. Witwicky. As it appears to me this whole idea was your doing I will ask you this. What is the purpose of doing so? Is it to bring about a unity in our system? We already have that. Is it to boster trade? We have that too. How about tourism? Do we really want a bunch of robots crashing through our cities? I certainly wouldn't! So then it's reasonable to believe that you long for this allience due to a personal reason, my thought being, that it has to do with your families heritiage on Cybertron and their connections to the Transformers.

"If you were allowed to say, move in several other Transfomers into Earth, then your family would return to it's high statises as Ambassadors to Cybertron, and a creator of laws that would governen how the allience would be set. Isn't that correct?

"As I see it an allience now would be a waste of time and effort. We already know that the Transformers are not to be trusted. Look at what happened when their ship, the Ark blew appart and killed several of Earth's astronauts, including your Great-Great Grandfather Sparkpulg. How are we to be certian that the Decepticons won't see this as a way to regain power on Cybertron? Or these, Predacons, as well?

"We already know that they are dangerous, and we know that if we do form an allience all problems with Cybertron become our own. What do you have to say to that Represtive Witwicky?"
