Hello JiEun,

Feel free to develop the necessary technology --Base it on what we have had, what we have, and what we think we might have.
The technology issue is tricky because one would think Utopia should not be completely dependent on it, yet somehow this is shaping up to be a contemporary society -- not a pristine kind of "eden" Imaginative, yet fully believable technology would be a good direction -- such as power derived from the movements of the tide -- clean, limitless power -- might be a good idea. Balance modernism with the natural, no?
