Well, me personally, if I was DM, I would rule that since the arrows impact at the same time and use a standard action, they're one hit. But, maybe that's just me. :)

Well, like I said. Hrelga is an exception. About the most a 20th level wizard would have in Concentration would be 25 to 27. Still a chance to make it, but just as good a chance of failing. Hrelga is a 40HD critter.
