I keep meaning to put up a page of all of our house rules, but I keep forgetting.

I think the DC's for magic items are too low (look at the epic staves for an example; every epic monster and character would be able to save against any of their effects), so a character may add his prime requisite modifier to the DC of a magic item.

I don't recall any other house rules coming into effect during the last game.
