I dunno. He's Prince Prama of Utch, I believe. A frozen land far to the north. I may be wrong, but that's what I think it was (don't have a writeup for that one done yet). Utch Kel was a devil Larbius used to serve and was part of his name when he was a Red Abishai. Personally, I think Larbius has gone to Pit Fiend status. We most likely won't know that for sure until someone battles him again.

I think he's been promoted SINCE he set the Hrelga plan into motion. Possibly shortly before that. You know he got a buttload of EXP for "defeating" Alexander's group and Roland and Phoebe.
