Subject: Diseases, Vampires and Souls

Recap:

Hrelga, The Lich Queen, is spreading a disease throughout Inzeladun which causes people to only see non-living matter, thus driving them mad.

The Vampire Kings (summoned by whom?) are using this state to turn Inzeladunese into Vampires, damning their souls to hell.

Larbius is then giving these souls to Azmodius or favor.

After we forced Hrelga's retreat, has she restarted the spread of disease? or has she withdrawn for now?
