Well, I rarely wore the black socks, since I found some very dark blue ones there were better for my feet. Also, the white/black socks were great (while they lasted at the NEX).

My current selection of clothes is still rather small, since after 10 years I got use to wearing a small selection of clothes. Since I'm sure you can remember the "huge" amounts of space we had on the ships.

Oh, and I started in the navy as a Nuke, dropped down to conventional MM, then moved on to DPSN, then to RM3, then to IT2. After IT2, my last two years I joined the PAPERCLIP program.

Yes, I do agree that the whole heroes system (paladium?) did have a steep learning curve. Worse than a lot of other systems I've played....Dangerous Journeys, Earthdawn (the game of large amounts of dice rolling), Rolemaster (rulemaster/chartmaster...a system I enjoy)....

Also, are you into any boardgames? Like Settlers of Catan, any war games, or any other type of games?

Every once in a blue moon, we sometimes gather up to play a few games. Also, I'm sure someone will mention this, but try looking into the online settlers community at www.s3dconnector.net
