If I am understanding this correctly, you said you were raised so Phaidon lost experience so as if he were 13th level. Then you add a level and bump Phaidon up 15th level, basically gaining enough experience for two levels. Why not just cancel out the exp pt penalty you took and take Phaidon up to half way between 14th and 15th level?
