No. The temple itself does not have room for an armory, and the ruler of Alisander is not likely to grant a temple the right to bear arms and raise a militia. Religious fanatics with weapons tend to frighten rulers.

Clothing. If you want the others, you must go to the market - although weapons are now in short supply, as Ordiss Ool has revoked the right of Alisander's citizens to bear arms.

Leather tends to absorb water over time, which damages the leather. The quiver would eventually become brittle if standing water is left in it. Frontiersmen who wore leather pants found that if their pants got wet and did not dry properly, it would, over time, stiffen - usually in a sitting posture (because when a person sat, he stayed in the same pose for a longer time than if they were walking around). Leather pants back then had to be replaced often. Also, leaving the arrows in the water would potentially weaken the wood.
