Subject: Hiking Mount Major at night

I'm interested in hiking Mount Major sometime with a decent sized group of people at night. We're really excited about seeing the night sky from the summit, and will be planning on being as safe as possible, such as knowing the weather forecasts, mandatory sweaters for the top, pants, sneakers and/or boots, water, a first-aid kit, cellphones, garbage bag, several people that have experience climbing it, and have everyone equipped with a good flashlight. We'd be taking the main trail alongside Route 11, following the markers up/down.

I would like to ask any advise that some may have on the matter.
