Difficulty ratings are inherently subjective, trail descriptions include the distance and elevation gain and usually a note on the footway from which hikers need to judge whether it will be easy or hard for them personally.

Risk level? Not sure what you mean but as on any trail you could twist an ankle or have a heart attack, if you climb the tower in a storm you could be struck by lightning.
