Of course that's what they keep half the mice in the store for, everyone knows that. And while its sometimes interesting to study a certain animal, I wouldn't say its *enjoyable* to watch such a thing.
As of the snakes doing the eating being cute- of course they, all snakes are cute, young or old! But that doesn't mean I *want* to kill other sute things to feed 'em. The little snakes can jsut feed on freeze dried bugs, like some garder snakes. I don't have a problem with the fact that pet stores feed the snakes mice or anything o.O they gotta eat too! And the way that snakes swallow things is pretty amazing- jsut the way you worded yourself made you sound like a psycho who enjoyed the death of the rodents more then the process of them being swallowed o.O O.o but aaaaanyways.
I have't had gerbils, but i've had abotu a dozen hamsters- every single one of 'em died after two years. I've also gotta guinea pig ^^ they're cy00t!
