I think you are right Rina. There are some nice programs on, I like the classic seriels, especially anything to do with Charles Dickens, and some very good old films too. It's knowing where the off button is and when to use it that is important. I personally would not allow a child to watch any of the children's tv programs tnough, I think some of them are positively demonic and some seem to deliberately be encouraging children to be naughty. But you can get videos and I think watching a good film together is a lovely thing to do.
