Let's face the facts: Preterist beat the drums of heresy loud when the word "end" is found in a scripture. The text of Matthew 24:13 "endure until the end" is said by Preterist to mean the first Christians were to endure until the end of the Jewish age of the law, which they say was 70AD.
According to the Preterist, no one after 70AD is admonished to endure until the end because the end has already come and gone. They believe the word "end" in verse 13 means 70AD. But when you get to the next verse and "then shall the end come" they do not make "end" in this text to be 70AD. Tricky little devils aren't these Preterist? They make it up as they go along.

The fact is, to endure until the end was framed by Jesus in the light of his visible physical appearing after the tribulation in verse 29. Then the world and nations would see the sign of his appearing. They would see a visibile heavenly coming of Jesus.
The text with "end" in them in Matthew 24 points to the conclusion of the tribulation period and its "end" which woujld be followed instantly by the visible appearing of Jesus with his holy angels(Verse 29-30).

If the word "end" in Matthew 24:14 does not mean 70AD, then the word "end" in verse 13 does not mean 70AD. Both uses of "end" reference the same point in time. There is not one "end" in 70AD and another "end" somewhere off in the future.

Look at these verses that prove Matthew 24:13 intent:

Rom 1:11--"For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established."

1Cor 1:8--"Who shall confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ."

1Cor 15:24--"Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the Kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and authority and power."

Note: this did not happen in 70AD therefore the end has no come. If the end came in 70AD then there is no Kingdom now it is done, finished, and over. To boot, all rule and authority of all nations would have been put down. This one fact that nations have not been put down in 70AD shows the Preterist heresy for the falsehood that it is. At the real second coming we see Jesus crushing the powers of the nations with the brighness of his appearing and taking vengeance on them that no not God and who obeyed not the Gospel. This coming in judgment will not be just for Jews, Jerusalem, or the temple mount. It will be against all the nations of the world and that is why the battle of Armageddon is so crucial.

1Thes 3:13--"To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints."

Note: this did not happen in 70AD or the need of holiness to meet the Lord is in the past. Not so! FOr without hoiliness NO MAN SHALL SEE THE LORD. I have often wondered why most Preterist wives are classic Jezebels. It is because they do not believe in Bible holiness, and the ones that did, say it all ended in 70AD and now they are free from the bondage of faith in holiness. Yeah.....Take that to the judgment as an excuse for holiness, I know you won;t see the Lord. Many of these men love their wives to look like Jezebels.

Heb 3:14--"For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end."

Note: If 70AD was the end, this verse has no message for us today.

1_et 1:13---"Wherefore gird up the lions of yor mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you ar the revelation of Jesus Christ."

Note: If the revelation of Jesus Christ in a bodily, visible, coming ovvured in 70AD let the Preterist prove it. So far they have not proved Jesus came back in 70AD in a visible and bodily appearing where every eye saw him. Produce the historical record Mr and Mrs Preterist where every eye saw his bodily visible appearing in 70AD.

Conclusion: the words "endure unto the end" refers to the entire time the Church will be here and must go through manifold trials and temptations, as well as persecutions. Each man or woman in their own order and in their own time of life are encourage to endure and finish your race with patience, love, and Acts 2:328 Bible salvation.

The "end" is not yet(Matthew 24:6)!
