It's different here in the States, that's for sure. It took me a few weeks to readjust to the open spaces and blunt behaviour one often sees in America. After living in Japan for a year, I think the country has left an imprint on me. Another words, part of me is Japanese. That feeling has been made even more intense after marrying Ayumi and getting to know her family. I definitely will return to Japan someday. I imagine anyone who's lived there would probably feel the same way. So, yeah, I understand your desire to go back.
