The sudden appearance of the reigning czaress startled the Gypsy into halting, patterened pistons simply ceasing to move. Absorbed in the scenery, the piebald baby didn't notice the quick stop and slammed unceremoniously into her dam's backside. A whiplike vision of contempt and exasperation flickered against the mare's facade, the facial contortion hastily concealed before addressing the mare before her.

"The name's Insatiable and the filly is Haven." she barked curtly. Now, one must remember that Insatiable is an old-school Evil/Rebel. Her time began when Big Brother still commanded the back-up terra and Adrian was King. All dark-minded equines were lumped together. She had only briefly seen Firelight, barely remembered her name. Her captivity had already begun when Adrian had divided the Evils and passed the crown to two new horses. Basically, Sati had no way of knowing Firelight was Queen, nor would she have dramatically changed her words or actions if she had known, but the tone would have been a bit more respectful. Haven on the other hand, hadn't even been born, knew nothing of CM or its changing royalty. Perhaps it was best that she remained mute.

With the problem of names partially out of the way, Sati moved on, hoarse vocals enamating from between velveteen lips.

"I was captured, brutalized, and raped. And bore the filly before I made my escape. Too much fun for a summer vacation." she retorted dryly. Reaching behind her to where the charred filly was cowering, Sati used her muzzle the push her forward, placing the youth between her and the still not named mare.

"Say hello and quit fidgeting, Haven." ordered the Gypsy. Trying desperately to obey, Haven stilled her trembling legs and lifted her white-splashed muzzle, pale blue eyes wide. The words wouldn't come, but her dam seemed satisfied. She stared up at the mare, unblinking, curiosity racing through her but afraid to voice the questions.
