She said nothing, she betrayed nothing as he moved to the shadows. A dark glimmer deep within her being flared as the words pressed to her tender auds. Pillars burst to action as she easily strode near to his side. Weaving in and out of the light and dark, teasing her spirit as to which was better. Darkness hid what you did not want to be seen. Light betrayed itself to all. Yes, she much preferred the darkness, the concealing nature which she could live in forever. Steel nails beat a steady rhythm 'pon the dusty soil as she quickly sped along. Skull lowered, auds pressed flat to her dark chestnut coated crown. She increased her stride, ink stained wings pressed tightly to her sleek hide, which rippled like oil of her well-muscled bodice. She loved to run, it freed her from everything. One thing in which her only need was to move faster, and she did. Streaming along the grounds, pools half-lidded, loving the feeling of the wind over her outline.
