Attentive for the duration of the speech, only one flaw was found. Black Lightning wasn't here to allow both Ans and Aph to return home and 'settle things', it was more of a 'let me prove myself so she'll fall madly in love with me' type thing. BL had, after all, had his mind set on that femme for quite a while, besides the little stint, as one could call it, with Practical Magic.
But anyway, back to the decision. It sounded fair enough, actually most generous on the part of Dagger's Rebellion. Something hinted towards the fact that the rebels could be easier to negotiate than was told- of course, he had only heard of negotiations between Adrian and Shazaam, which weren't likely to be easy to begin with. Still, maybe they were going to turn out better than Ans had originally thought either Lights or Rebels could be. Such a decision would be saved for another day, however, as for right now it was the moment to hear Aph's decision.
