He watched her with a tilted head. How odd she was sometimes. But the bay grinned it off smoothly, his natural suaveness coming into play.

The stallion responded without a twitch in an all-knowing tone. He could lie about the strangest things and make them seem believable. Adrian was too smart to play simple games.

"And it wasn't exactly a joke. I would suggest scratching yourself against one of those trees. It works."

The auburn smirked.
