For all that Medusa warmed toward this grandfather, Apollo found himself almost repulsed by the immediate control he dictated. Subconciously, his eyes squinted and two "brows" lowered. It took only a brief moment for the colt to sift through the many conversations he had eavesdropped on to remember Ice. 'You're just like your father!' Lava had admonished, noting the grim fury underwhich Brushy operated. Apollo stepped closer to Medusa, though whether the movement was for protection or to defend his twin, was unapparent. The colt remained stonily silent.
