Is this the blue ensign whose fly roundel shows the winged pole with snakes round it, a trident, a beaver and a levitating pine cone? If so, I like that one. I saw one on Ebay ages ago, and considered buying it. My favourite Canadian municipal flag, though, is that of St Albert, Alberta, which looks rather like Ian's design for the FCS, plus a coat of arms.
