Bill: I have also tried the 10-finger grip and found the same thing as Mr.Lake - the Vardon grip works better. For me, ball striking improved, shots were more consistent, and the club just "feels better" in my hands. Just my 2-cents worth. R2

David, on your site you recommend 1/8" oversized grips. Do you recommend untapped grips like the Tacki Mac Unified grip? Have you ever tried the reverse taper Buster grips? Your comments would be appreciated.

Scott,

We have found that a slight taper under the right hand (right-handed golfer) aids tremendously in control/accuracy. Because of this we do not recommend a non-tapered grip and I, personally, do not like reverse taper grips at all.

Scott: I re-gripped one of my full sets of clubs (driver to putter) with the Enlow reverse-taper grips and played them for 20 full rounds to see if I liked them. I didn't enjoy playing them because the feel was very different and offered very little "user feedback". They were also quite heavy and changed both my swing speed and club dynamics. I much prefer 1/8" oversize standard-taper grips - they allow you to grip the club correctly and give you excellent club feedback. Take care, r2
