Subject: 1st try-out

Hi David,
just wanted to let you know I received my pro-line irons yesterday (1 day ahead of schedule) and tried them out immediately (9-iron and PW), with virtually no warm-up, on my local and short (yet technically demanding) par-3 course.
I know I should get used to them first on the range for a few days but since I only use the 9-iron and PW on this course, I though what the heck.
I played only 8 holes, but the difference was immediately clear to me: more precision and a little more distance gave me 2 birdies in those 8 holes and I missed a 3rd one by an inch!
Now for someone being known as "Mister par" for almost never making birdies despite hitting GIR's quite regularly on this course, that's a big improvement. Having your ball land within 2-5 feet from the hole instead of 10-25 feet makes a serious difference.
I was already a believer before I got the set, but this is even more than what I expected!
I will keep you posted about my progress and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Sven,

That is a great report but bear in mind that it keeps getting better and better the more that your new single swing becomes strongly ingrained.

Merry Christmas!!

David Lake
