Subject: New Driver

Mr.Lake,

I recently purchased your company's new driver and after putting it into play I am finding that my drives are drifting right (I play right handed) without a lot of height. Do I need to play the ball further back in my stance with this new club? Thank you.

John,

You should play the driver off of your left heel and teed up high. Unlike irons or fairway woods which dictate a descending blow, you want to hit the driver with an ascending blow.
