My highlights (in no particular order):

1. The moment I realized we had just played a very nice set - AT THE WORLDS - Just 7 months after accepting the challenge to take a group with virtually no competition experience. WOW. (Great job folks!) Oh, and one member in particular who arrived in Scotland having received the music just 2 months prior. (Yeah Carole!)

2. The moment I realized that even the 2nd time competing at THE WORLDS is just as incredible as the first.

3. The bus trip up to Eilean Donan Castle and seeing the highlands for the first time. Absolutely incredible.

4. Walking into a tiny pub in an obscure little village in the Scottish highlands - and being called by name.

5. Gregg's Bakeries. 'nuff said.

6. THE FACT THAT THE MUCH MALIGNED SNARE LINE WAS **NOT** RESPONSIBLE FOR **ANY** OF THE MANY FIRE ALARMS.

7. Cask ales and the pubs on Ashton Ln.

8. While practicing at the gardens, befuddling locals and tourists alike when we tell them we're Americans.
