I agree with the previous responder in all points they have made regarding Sympatico HSE.
One thing that MUST be considered is your distance from the Telco C.O. (Central Office or Frame) where your dial tone originates.
The HSE is only available to subscribers that are a maximum of 4.5 km (CABLE LENGTH-one way) from the CO.
sympatico offers FAQ's on their web site www.sympatico.ca
I've never used cable modem connections, but I have heard from friends who also say the more users on, the slower it gets.
