Natchtioches is a growing community not just a college/tourist town. They just open a multi-million dollar convention center which will steal conventions from alex. When a company is looking to locate in area they look at the whole area to see what that community has to offer. They are not going to locate in a area where the local Municipalities do not cooperate. For example Union Tank Car... One of the reasons why they choose US over Monroe/ West Monroe is becuase Alexandria/Pineville works together not against
