I completely understand what you are saying - or so I'd like to think. I definitely believe that making mistakes is a healthy, necessary and unavoidable part of growing up and of evolving emotionally and psychologically throughout adulthood. My intent to talk about our mistakes was not to do it in a regretful manner but in a manner of sharing with others so that none of us feels alone when we behave like total idiots! I think we are conditioned not to make mistakes which I don't think is a necessarily healthy attitude since mistakes are part of learning.
