This is a lovely story and, to my mind, evokes a Dickensian Christmas. It is very different from the last poem I read, but I really like this. I am now going to "hunt" for more ... well, the fire is lit and the wind is blowing - driving the rain onto the window pane, so it's the perfect night for poetry reading ... keep up the good work sweetheart!!
