The Question is why this is the case? Most websites I've seen claim to have around 500 members, which is pretty much the same as Oxford, yet they only run two hours of classe/week. (whereas Oxford has 15 hours club classes, about 5 hours for team and beginners team, and countless hours of practice halls and time for private lessons).

Other than ImpOxBridge, Bristol and So'ton seem to be doing quite a lot. So I wonder about the others... why don't you have more classes? Is it a lack of suitable teachers? Or a lack of venues? Or not enough money? Surely if your 500 members spend just 1 pound/week over the year, you have enough money to run at least 12 hours of classes/week, a lot more if you get free rooms.
