She groaned, sending Kesi back in with her father as she met her mother and took the stroller from her. Apperantly the older woman just couldn't darling little Josiah without taking him out to show off to all her friends. She took her son from her mother, trading him for the stroller, pressing a kiss to his cheek as she greeted the laid back, super easy going little boy who merely smiled and muttered a mirage of "Mama, Dada, cookie" and there might have been a "puppy" or "Kesi" thrown in there too. She laughed softly, carrying him into the apartment where the jumbled words turned into "Dada!" quite distinctively. Kaylee said her goodbyes, collecting her own child while saying hello to Mrs Springwell before finally getting out to her car. The older Springwell placed a kissed to Kato's cheek as she came in, squeezing his arm - even at her age she could appreciate the muscles the man had. "Kato, darling, I saw this tie that I just had to get you the colors reminded me of all that ink you have on your arm." She pulled out a tie and then of course a shirt to go along with it before she pulled out a toy for Kesi and told Cassie about a spa appointment she had made for her - the woman was truly the perfect grandma role and Kato couldn't ask for a better mother-in-law.

He said a quick goodbye to Kaylee and Kalia before directing his attention to his babbling little boy, and the boy's grandmother with a sweet smile. "Hey gramma." Just hearing the older lady say 'ink' had him smirking a little, but he buried his face his Josiah's chubby chest to hide his amusement, and was smiling affectionately when he looked up again. "Aw, thanks. Always thinking of me. The guys at work keep asking where I get all my nice clothes though... I feel like a bit of a goof telling them my mom buys them for me."
