k....Mr X, would i be wrong to say that Fall out Boy are an Emo band?

the only punk bands i like are Blink 182, and Sum 41... and a few GC songs like chronicles of life and death and little things.

The reason we preferred playing Metallica covers is because each song is a big challenge...if we played Blink 182/good charlotte songs from the beginning yeah maybe we might've been more popular, but we wouldnt be half as good as we are now.

We're moving on from Metallica now, cause we've reached that stage where we think our band has grown enough to start playing its own originals.

For example at our gig at Mollies we're going to play 3 originals and maybe 2 crowd pleasers. so for all those metallica haters out there, you'll be hearing less Metallica covers and more of us...

I hope my last message was not mistaken as me still trying to get you guys to play punk. I am completely over that, (as im sure you'll be glad to hear). I was simply defending Punk in my last message from those who think they know what you'll punk is.

It's my opinion that GC and Blink 182 are completely over rated, but lets not get into an argument about that.

Yeah i think its a good thing that you'll be playing a bit more original sttt...it has to be for the best.
