Subject: "Old" news -- SCU apparently loses another Athletic Administrator

It is my understanding that SCU lost another Athletic Administrator in the past month or so ...

David Rosselli Associate Director of Athletics for Development at Santa Clara University, responsible for overseeing all athletics-related fund-raising, including the department's major gifts, capital campaign and annual fund solicitation and the Bronco Bench Foundation. He begin his duties on August 13, 2003 reporting to Cheryl Levick with additional responsibilities with the office of development.

It is my understanding that he has taken a position at another Bay Area school ...

From the July 17th, 2003 anouncement of his addition to the Bronco Athletic Staff:
Rosselli will oversee all athletics-related fund-raising, including the department's major gifts, capital campaign and annual fund solicitation and the Bronco Bench Foundation. He will begin his duties on August 13 and will report to Levick with additional responsibilities with the office of development.

"David will serve as an integral part of the athletic department's long-term strategic plan," said Levick. "He is a personable, energetic and talented individual with a broad range of fund-raising experiences. David's background at the University of the Pacific, combined with his relationships in the Bay Area, have prepared him very well to help us achieve our fund-raising goals."

...

"I'm pleased to have the opportunity to be involved at such an exciting time for Santa Clara University," said Rosselli. "The institution has a reputation for high integrity and excellence in athletics and academics and operates a program its alumni and supporters should be extremely proud of. I'm looking forward to being a part of the team."
