Glad to see things going well for Garnett; I recognized a few names on the roster; it must be a fairly competitive league. As for the So Cal sweep, the only thing more heartening would be to beat the Gaels and the Dons in their cribs. I noticed that DD compared Perkins to Keeling in a recent BA newspaper article; that is high praise indeed. Like Garnett, Keeling was good enough to spend a season in the NBA. As good as he and Bailey appear now, next year is when I think they'll really put it together. Of course, at 3-0 we can hope for quite a bit this year, too, althoughlast pre conference season was a brutal lesson about fast starts meaning nothing. Still a bye or two seems possible.
