During the interview of a volunteer, they asked me what they should do if their partner disclosed abuse to them? Bearing in mind the principle of loyalty to the partner, and if the partner wished this not to be disclosed further, how would you answer the volunteer?

You could try contacting Sally Carr at CAIT who has many years experience in CA and may be able to offer some practical advice. Ring her, via CAIT, on 020 8880 4545.
