Subject: Sunday evening can’t come soon enough.

Has anyone else’s TC sucked every last ounce of enjoyment out of this Oireachtas? November’s classes and workshops have been brutally harsh with kids often coming out in tears. 2 kids in my daughter’s class are out from injuries sustained in class. Dancers are forced into so many repetitions that they’re vomiting in the toilets. TC threatening to pull kids from competition who make the smallest mistake in their dances. And all for what? A good result and possible world qualification that will be forgotten in months? Our daughter has said she is literally throwing her dance shoes away after results on Sunday and never wants to go back to dance again. And I can’t blame her. I hate myself for letting this go on for so long.
