Subject: Southern Region- hold the cheaters accountable

If you aren't going to have a back bone and will let boys dance in the girls qualifiers, the very least you can do is hold the cheaters outed in texts accountable... super easy to validate with dancer numbers... DO SOMETHING. Get the cheaters out!
