allow them in the future to enforce consequences on anyone who they find cheating? Why have they not given assurance that judges who are found to have cheated will not judge again? As a private organization, why have they not instituted policies that allow them to get rid of those they find do not uphold the values necessary to teach and/or judge children?

Clrg has made it clear there will be no consequences for cheating and that they will not uphold any policies or rules if a lawsuit is filed because they can't afford it. Increasing fees to cover costs which cannot be paid due to several lawsuits is not the answer.
Why would anyone agree to pay to cover clrg's expenses to clean up their offenses? All expenses are a result of their complacency and acceptance of many years of cheating and using children for their personal gain.
