Subject: The people eligible to vote are those with the most to lose. This will pass easily.

Don't forget that voting rights are restricted to only the most connected individuals in CLRG. These are the individuals with connections to regional and national councils, dressmakers, and workshop providers. They absolutely will vote to increase fees while the struggling TCRGs with no voting rights will have to cough up even more money to keep their small schools running. If this was a true vote with EVERY TCRG eligible, there would be no CLRG after this meeting. CLRG has not provided the average TCRG with any benefit for their hundreds in annual fees.
