Some of *them* say that it's a double standard that we say that they are pathetic for investing so much energy into a couple, and that if that makes them pathetic then we must be too. But the thing is, when you look at it from an outsider's point of view, who is sicker? The group of people who love and support the couple that's together, or the group of people who love and support the couple that ended four years ago?
