wow...what a fuckin goon. First off, if you knew anything about hip-hop (besides what you saw on MTV, VH1, or BET) you would know that there is something called an "underground scene", this "underground scene" is comprised of billions of hip-hop fans all around the world (this guy has obviously never heard of any of it because he lives under a rock). i would argue that del (aka "that fag from gorillaz"[he's not in gorillaz by the way]) has more fans than most rappers that you hear on MTV because he is part of hieroglyphics (possibly one of the biggest, most well-known underground hip-hop crews in the world). I agree that saying he has more fans than eminem would be (sadly) stupid of me, but, consider this, eminem used to flow about random stuff, stuff that YOU DON'T HEAR EVERY DAY. he used to be good (by good, i mean original, had his own formula), now he is (basically) a gangster rapper. Money doesn't make you suck, there are plenty of good mcs and groups out there that are really rich and don't suck (ie run dmc).
The mcs which i named don't make rhymes like "this looks like a job for ME, so everybody just follow ME, everyone needs a little controver-SEE, cause it feels so empty with out ME" i'm not 100% sure if these lyrics are right, but i do know that he rhymes "ME" 3 times. ok ready i'm going to freestyle, now: "I am a guy whose name is Mark, when i shoot guns i land my Mark, i like to take long walks in the Park, that is who I am, I am Mark"...that is pretty much the same thing. Eminem can flow like a mother fucker, but his newer stuff is weak, all of the mcs i mentioned are intelligent, the rap about stuff you don't hear about everyday (ie. art, other music, culture, b-boying [you prob. don't know what that is, its not on TV], graffiti, etc.). They are not on TV all the time because the world is preoccupied with violence, money, and scantely clad women; this, however, does not make these other mcs better. Technically, people like ja-rule, eminem (recently), ca$h money, and others can't flow or rhyme off the tops of their heads like the mcs i listen to can. its a fact, i'm not making it up, its real!
while i don't like many of the rappers i "dissed" i do give them credit for doing what they do...i just don't like them, and it is true that they can't rhyme as well as most other mcs...it has nothing to do with how rich they are.
also, you toolbox, why do you refer to me as "mark" in quotations, unlike you i can show who i really am on a message board and am not afraid to slam people when they are being dicks (like i just did) while still letting them know who i am. That is all i can think of to say right now
