Ok, first you claim that there is this huge underground hip hop scene that is comprised of billions of people. Seeing as billions is plural, im going to assume that you mean two or more billion people are fans of this alleged "underground hip-hop scene" Since the world, as of 2001, consisted of about 5.6-6 billion people, and at least 2 billion of those people are underground hip hop fans, that would calculate to be about 1/3, or a little over 30%, of the total population of the world being involved in this whole underground hip-hop movement. That said, statistically, 14% of the world's population is christian. So what you're saying is that Del, the Funky Homosapien, has more than twice as many followers as Jesus Christ. Maybe its me, but I find this hard to believe. Now would you consider christianity to be "underground"? I know I would not. Therefore, it goes without saying that you have no idea what you are talking about. Your logic is flawed. Not to mention, claiming that I must live under a rock simply because of my lack of knowledge about something that is supposed to be "underground" would indicate that it is not very "underground" to begin with. Maybe it would be in your best interest to try not to contradict yourself when trying to make a point. Joel, I don't even know how to address someone on your level. First off, the fact that you have to pick apart my exageration of "billions" of people is weak, and only an affirmation of the fact that you are a fucking goon. i think it is funny enough that you probably took the time to research how many people are actually in the world and the statistical population of christians and how that relates to the number of underground hip-hop fans, so i won't make fun of you for that...you did it yourself. you also seem to have a "quotation mark fetish". also, i don't simply "claim" that there "is" an "underground hip-hop scene" there actually is. i can (confidently) say that i know what i'm talking about. the "you live under a rock" comment does not refer to your lack of knowledge, but to the fact that you seem to like (or obviously are defending) hip-hop but don't even know what del or hieroglyphics is, which is kind of ridiculous if that is the case. furthermore, i was not attacking the fact that these artists are rich or popular, as you stated, but that they can't rhyme. i don't want to start drama, but i cannot help myself because you seem to have gotten your panties in a wad about something that i clearly stated was my own opinion. also, your witty attempts at trying to sound smart, funny, and sophisticated aren't working, because i don't feel stupid and i still think that you are an idiot. last off, my logic is not flawed, it seems more like the "voice of reason" is lacking good reasoning. you need to accept the fact that i stated my opinion about it and not get all hot and bothered, seriously, chill out...and post under your real name, because you are coming across as a bit of a pussy hope this can be resolved in a less childish manner, "Mark" Tester, Room 407 [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
